Lukas Hoyer is a PhD student at the Computer Vision Lab at ETH Zurich supervised by Prof. Luc Van Gool and Dr. Dengxin Dai. His research focuses on label-efficient scene understanding. Specifically, he works on semi-supervised, domain-adaptive, and self-supervised learning for dense prediction tasks such as semantic segmentation and monocular depth estimation.
Before joining the Computer Vision Lab, he received an MSc in "Robotics, Systems and Control" from ETH Zurich in 2021 and a BSc in "Computer Systems in Engineering" from the University of Magdeburg in 2019.
